The dedicated HR manager was very helpful once we got connected, and the policies they drafted were solid. However, getting started took a bit longer than I expected after the initial demo. The E-Signatures feature is really convenient. Overall, good value for the monthly fee, but the initial setup phase could be a little quicker.
